Wynfield x Millersville University Resident Affiliate Program
As a resident of Wynfield at Millersville you will be considered an Affiliate Resident of Millersville University. This status will grant you many of the same services available to the students of Millersville. As an Affiliate Resident you will receive a Millersville University ID which will give you access to some fitness and education areas as well as discounted and free admission to many of the cultural, entertainment, and athletic events held on campus.
FITNESS OPPORTUNITIES
As a Wynfield resident, you will have access to the abundance of fitness facilities around the Millersville Campus. These include a top of the line Fitness Center with weight and cardio training, two gymnasiums; one swimming pool; one racquetball court; several weight-training facilities; outdoor tennis and basketball courts; lighted, multipurpose synthetic-turf stadium and practice field; fields for field hockey, baseball, soccer and softball; and a low and high ropes course.
DINING
Whether you want to sit down for a multi-course meal, grab something quick at coffee shop, or grab something later at the convenience store, Millersville Dining Plan has you covered. On campus food options include the main dining hall in Godinier Hall, the Galley Food Court, Sun Roast Coffee, the Cyber Cafe, Starbucks, and even the University Food Truck.
ATHLETIC EVENTS
Intercollegiate athletics have a long and proud tradition at Millersville University. All intercollegiate teams compete at the Division II level and are members of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC).
Men’s programs are available in baseball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, tennis and wrestling. Women’s programs are available in basketball, cross country, field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, golf and volleyball.
As an Affiliate Resident you will get free admission to all regular season, on-campus athletic competitions.
PERFORMING ARTS EVENTS
You will have access to many of the conferences, lectures, films, musical performances, and theatrical performances that the campus has to offer. Tickets for many of these events can be purchased at the Ticket Office in the Student Memorial Center at discounted rates.
In addition to the on-campus events, Millersville has The Ware Center. The Ware Center is Lancaster’s premier performing arts center.
